30% of eligible net product sales that your code or link brings in, from your first validated sale. Eligible means product revenue we actually collect after discounts. It does not include shipping, tax, fees, refunded or cancelled amounts, chargebacks, self-referrals or test orders. If your signed agreement lists a different rate, your agreement wins.

Your link tracks for 30 days after someone clicks it. If an order carries a code and a different partner’s link, the code used at checkout gets the credit. Our order records are the source of truth, and we’ll show you the order data on request.

Through January 9, sales made with your code or link earn 10 points more on GHK-Cu 50mg, GHK-Cu 100mg, NAD+ 1000mg, MOTS-c 10mg, TB-500 5mg and Ipamorelin 10mg (40% instead of 30%). The extra is added once the sale clears its refund window and is paid with your daily payouts. A commission never goes above 40% of the order.

Yes. A customer belongs to the partner who first referred them. For 12 months after that first order, any reorder they place without another partner’s code or link earns you 15% of eligible net product sales, with the same hold and refund rules as any other sale.

Send creators your recruit link. When Arctic approves them, you earn 15% of what they earn for 12 months, plus 10% of what the partners they bring in earn. It comes out of Arctic’s share, never theirs. Only real customer sales count, nobody pays to join, and recruits sign with Arctic directly.

You can, but orders placed by you, your household or your own accounts don’t earn commission.

Yes. A one-time $500 bonus when you reach $5,000 in validated net product sales, subject to review. Monthly and quarterly leaderboard bonuses for the top 3 partners are launching soon.

A commission becomes payable 7 days after the order is paid, as long as it hasn’t been refunded, cancelled or disputed in that time. Approved commission is paid out daily once your approved balance is at least $25, usually within 48 hours of approval. Smaller balances roll over until they reach $25. Trusted partners (10+ verified sales and no refunds or chargebacks in the last 60 days) clear in 3 days instead of 7.

• Pending validation: the order is inside its 7-day hold.
• Available to request: it cleared the hold and is approved.
• Payout requested: reserved for your next payout, not sent yet.
• Paid to you: sent, with the date shown in your activity.

By the payout method in your agreement (usually a bank account or debit card through Stripe). You’ll need to finish the payout provider’s quick identity check before your first payout. Bank timing and holidays can shift the day funds land.

The commission on that order is reversed at the rate it was booked. If it was already paid, it comes off your next payout.

No. You can start without it. You’re an independent contractor, so you handle your own taxes.

When your payouts from Arctic for the year get close to the IRS reporting threshold, we’ll ask you to fill out a Form W-9 before your next payout. It takes about two minutes. If you pass the threshold, we’ll send you a Form 1099 in January, as the IRS requires.

Every post, story, live, caption or bio link that mentions Arctic or carries your code needs a clear disclosure of the paid relationship, for example “#ad” or “I earn a commission from Arctic.” Also disclose any product you received for free.

• Human or animal use, injection, ingestion, or “my stack” or “my protocol”
• Dosing, reconstitution-for-use or protocol instructions
• Medical, health, cure or treatment claims
• Weight-loss, body-composition, performance, anti-aging or “results” claims
• Before/after photos or transformation stories
• Fake scarcity, fake testimonials, or anything you can’t back up
• Any claim that a product is FDA- or agency-approved

Yes. Either side can end the partnership with 7 days’ written notice (email is fine). You’ll still be paid all commission earned on orders paid through the end date, once each one clears its 7-day hold.
