Arctic Lab Supply research materials

Arctic Lab Supply is a laboratory research materials supplier based in Anchorage, Alaska. Review available analytical reports before ordering and check that the product, strength and lot match. A related report is not a substitute for an exact match. For laboratory, analytical, educational, and in-vitro research only. Not for administration to or ingestion by any person or animal, and not for veterinary, therapeutic, or diagnostic use. Products ship as freeze-dried powder unless stated otherwise.

How to vet any supplier in this category

These five checks separate a documented supplier from a reseller. They work on any site, including this one — run them here first.

  1. Is there a report for the exact lot you are buying? A generic certificate for the compound is not documentation. It has to name the lot number on your vial.
  2. Is the report dated, and recent? An undated certificate, or one from years ago, describes a batch that is probably long gone.
  3. Can you read it before ordering, without an account? Documentation produced only after payment is marketing, not evidence.
  4. Is there a certificate number and an issuing laboratory you can contact? The strongest version is a verification route hosted by the lab itself, not by the seller.
  5. Does the seller tell you what the numbers do not prove? A purity percentage describes detected peak area. It does not establish identity, and anyone implying otherwise is overselling a number.

Currently published batch documentation

The full library, including older lots, is at the batch COA library. Reports are not removed when a batch sells out.

Common questions

What does “research use only” actually mean here?
Everything listed is supplied for laboratory, analytical, educational and in-vitro research only, and is not for use in people or animals. This site carries no handling, preparation or procedural guidance of any kind.
How do I match a vial to its report?
Read the lot number from the label, open the COA library, and find the certificate carrying that same lot. The two must be identical. There is a step-by-step walkthrough in matching a vial to its record.
What analyses appear on a report?
The panel varies by product and by lot, which is why the certificate for your specific lot is what matters rather than a blanket claim. Reports commonly cover purity by HPLC-UV and identity by mass spectrometry; others add heavy metals, sterility or endotoxin screening. How to read a certificate of analysis explains each field.
Where do orders ship from?
Anchorage, Alaska. Orders are packed by the same small team that handles the documentation, and every shipment goes out with a tracking number. See shipping.
