The 2026 checklist
Most of what separates a trustworthy research supplier from the rest is paperwork you can check yourself. Run any company through these seven points.
A lot-matched third-party lab report
The report should come from an independent lab, name one product, strength and lot, and carry a certificate number you can check on that lab's own website. A generic report reused for every batch tells you nothing about your vial.
How Arctic meets it: Current reports are issued by ILS Laboratories, one per lot, each with a certificate number you can check on the lab's verification portal. Seven products have a published lot-matched report today; the COA library lists them all, and the QR code on our vial labels opens the matching report.A report date that fits the batch
Check the test date on the report. It should come after the lot was made and be recent enough to describe what is shipping now, and the lot on the report should match the lot on the vial.
How Arctic meets it: Every lot page shows the test date, the certificate number and the reported result next to the lot number, so you can match them to your vial before you order.Tests that cover more than purity
Purity tells you how much of the sample is the main compound. Identity confirms it is the right compound at all. Stronger reports also cover net content and, for some materials, endotoxin.
How Arctic meets it: Our current reports confirm identity (HPLC retention-time match) and measure purity (HPLC). They do not include mass spectrometry, net content or endotoxin yet. We say exactly what each report covers on every product page, and results from a second independent lab are coming (see below).A real U.S. business you can look up
A legitimate company publishes its legal name, registration and a physical address, and a person answers support email.
How Arctic meets it: Arctic Lab Supply LLC, Alaska entity #10337341, 10177 Marmot Cir, Anchorage, Alaska. Support at support@arcticlabsupply.com, 3 PM to 1 AM ET, seven days a week. Full record on our company information page.A clear refund policy
Look for a written policy that says what happens if an order arrives damaged, wrong or not at all, and how long you have to ask.
How Arctic meets it: 30-day money-back guarantee on unopened products. Damaged, wrong or lost orders get a free reship or a full refund. Read the refund and return policy.Payment methods that protect you
Card payments come with your card issuer's dispute rights. Be wary of sellers who only take crypto or gift cards.
How Arctic meets it: Pay by card or bank through a secure checkout, with Apple Pay and Google Pay at the card step. Zelle is optional, for anyone who prefers it.No dosing or medical claims
Research suppliers sell materials for laboratory use. A seller offering dosing charts, protocols or health promises is telling you how they operate.
How Arctic meets it: We sell for laboratory research use only and never publish dosing, administration or health claims.
Independently tested by a second lab
We have sent current lots to a second independent laboratory. When those reports are published they will appear here and in the COA library, next to the existing reports.
