3. Ordering and research qualification

Guest checkout is available for the payment methods shown at checkout; an Arctic account is optional. All purchases remain subject to the research-use restrictions in these Terms. We may review qualification information, request evidence of your organization, facilities, or research activity, and restrict or suspend access where eligibility is uncertain. Registration or an attestation does not excuse inaccurate information or prohibited use.

Arctic may refuse or cancel an order, suspend purchasing access, and decline future orders where information indicates personal, human, therapeutic, clinical, veterinary, self-administration, or other non-research use. Buyers must provide accurate order information and any eligibility information we request. Any payment received for a cancelled order will be handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

Orders placed through the website are an offer to purchase. Arctic Lab Supply may accept or reject orders for any reason. Prices and availability may change without notice.

4. Payment and billing descriptor

Payment methods accepted are displayed at checkout. Card and eligible wallet payments follow the checkout flow presented on the site. Direct-transfer orders remain pending until the payment is matched. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay for purchases. The billing statement description depends on the payment method and provider. Review the description shown before paying.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping & Handling Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for activity under your account. Accounts are optional and free. The Arctic Pro membership has ended, and no paid plans are offered.

7. No medical advice

This site does not provide medical advice. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

8. Complaints

Customer complaints and abuse reports can be submitted through our Contact / complaints channel. We review complaints promptly and may request additional information.
