A small Anchorage team that shows its work.
Arctic Lab Supply sells research materials from Anchorage, Alaska. We put a lot number on the vial, publish the lab report that matches it for our core products, ship by USPS, and answer our own email.
A note from Dane
I started Arctic Lab Supply in Anchorage because buying research materials online usually meant trusting a label and hoping for the best. I wanted to run the kind of store I’d want to buy from: a lot number on the vial, a lab report that matches it, and a real person who answers email.
We’re a small team, and we keep the work close to home. Orders are packed and shipped from Anchorage. Before a report goes up, we check that the lot on the label matches the lot on the report. Support email comes to the people who can actually fix a problem.
Lot-matched reports from ILS Laboratories are published for our core products, and you can verify each one with the lab yourself.
How an order ships
Ships next business day, or we refund your shipping. Damaged, wrong, or lost? We send a free reship or give a full refund.
- You orderOrder by 6 PM ET, 7 days a week. Pay by card or bank (ACH) via Mercury, or Zelle (save 5%).
- We pack it in AnchorageUSPS has your parcel by the end of the next business day. If we miss that, we refund the shipping you paid.
- Tracking lands in your inboxWe email your tracking number as soon as the label exists. You can also check it on Track My Order.

Check the lot yourself
You don’t have to take our word for it. Every report is matched to one product, strength and lot, and carries a certificate number issued by ILS Laboratories.
- Find the lot numberIt’s printed on the vial label, for example RT-2502-A.
- Open the matching reportPick your product below or search the COA library. The lot on the report should match your label.
- Verify with the labUse the certificate number and the “Verify with the testing laboratory” link to see the record on the lab’s own portal.
