The cutoff: paid by midnight ET
Orders paid by midnight Eastern time ship the same day, 7 days a week, except USPS holidays. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the label exists, usually within minutes of packing. An order placed on a Sunday is packed that day, and USPS moves it from Monday.
The cutoff is about payment, not checkout: an order counts once its payment is confirmed. Card and bank payments confirm on their own; a Zelle payment counts once it arrives.
Why we ship Priority, not Ground
USPS Ground from Anchorage travels by surface, and it can take weeks to reach the lower 48. Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express fly, so those are the services we use. Your estimated delivery date shows at checkout once you enter your ZIP code.
What shipping costs
- USPS Priority Mail: $9.99, free on orders of $149 or more.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: $49.99, free on orders of $1,000 or more.
Thresholds are based on the order total after discounts. U.S. territories and international rates are on the shipping policy.

- Ships on time: pay by 6 PM ET and USPS has your parcel by the end of the next business day, or we refund your shipping.
- Arrives on time: Priority Mail is delivered within 5 business days and Priority Mail Express within 3, counted from USPS’s first scan, or we refund your shipping.
- Damaged, wrong or lost: a free reship or a full refund.
