  1. Every vial carries a lot number printed on the label.
  2. Every lot has a third-party report — identity by mass spectrometry, purity by HPLC — published in the batch documentation library with its certificate number.
  3. You check before you pay. Open the report from the product page, match the lot, then order. The tracking email links each item in your box back to its report.

Questions people ask before ordering

What is a certificate of analysis?

A report from an analytical laboratory describing one sample from one lot: identity (mass spectrometry), chromatographic purity (HPLC), the method used, the date, and the lot number. Ours are issued by third-party labs and published with the certificate number.

How do I match a vial to its certificate?

Read the lot number printed on the vial label, open the batch documentation library, and find the report carrying the same lot number. The certificate number on the report can be checked against the issuing lab's record.

Does every listing have one?

Every lot we ship has a published report. Listings whose current lot is under test show that status on the product page until the report is published.

What does a certificate not tell me?

It describes one sample from one lot on one date under the stated method. It does not describe other lots and says nothing about suitability for any purpose other than laboratory research.
