- Owner rule: Australia, New Zealand and their territories (Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cook Islands, Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, Niue).
- U.S. sanctions: Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
- USPS has paused mail or has no service: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Bermuda, Bhutan, Congo - Brazzaville, Ghana, Haiti, Kiribati, Palestinian Territories, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Svalbard & Jan Mayen, Tokelau, Turkmenistan, Venezuela, Yemen.
Product limits by country
Orders to Germany, Sweden, Switzerland and Norway can’t include growth-hormone peptides (ipamorelin, CJC-1295, tesamorelin) or IGF-1. Checkout tells you if anything in your cart can’t ship to your country.
Customs, duties and your responsibility
International parcels ship duties-unpaid. Any import tax, VAT, duty or handling fee is charged by your country when the parcel arrives and is the recipient’s to pay. In Canada, for example, nearly every parcel over CA$20 is charged GST/HST plus a Canada Post handling fee. Every parcel is declared honestly with the product name and the price paid.
You’re responsible for your country’s import rules, and customs may hold or seize parcels. If customs seizes or refuses your parcel, send us the official seizure or refusal notice within 30 days and we refund 50% of the product cost (shipping not included), once per customer. We don’t reship to an address where a parcel was seized. See the Shipping Policy.
