These are the standing terms for every partner who signs up under this version. Later changes apply only to partners who sign up after them, unless they're more favorable to you.
By checking "I agree" and submitting, you ("Partner") accept these terms with Arctic Lab Supply LLC ("Arctic").
1. Eligibility. You are 18 or older, live in the United States, and the information you gave is true. Arctic may approve, pause or close any partner account at any time.
2. Your code and link. Arctic gives you a personal discount code and referral link as soon as you apply. Your followers get the discount shown in your dashboard. You can't use your own code on your own orders.
3. Commission. You earn a percentage of the net product sale (after discounts, before shipping and tax) on orders placed with your code or link:
- 30% on every validated sale, rising to 35% for good once you have 5 validated sales;
- Elite: 40% on sales in any month in which you have 25 or more validated sales in the trailing 30 days (applied automatically);
- 50% of a new customer’s first order (a customer who has never paid Arctic before), or 60% if you are Elite when the order is placed, up to $100 per order and never less than your normal rate on that order. This applies to non-gear products and replaces the 30%/35%/40% rate on that order;
- 20% of a referred customer's later orders for 12 months after their first order, on orders that don't already pay you or another partner through a code or link;
- Arctic gear (docks, caps, kits) earns 10%.
- Apart from a new customer’s first order (50%, or 60% for Elite), total commission on any order never exceeds 40%. Bonuses are paid only on validated sales and are reversed if the order is refunded.
- Commission (including any bonus points) is approved 7 days after the order is paid, or 3 days once you're a trusted partner (10+ validated sales and no problems in the last 60 days), as long as the order isn't refunded or cancelled. Approved commission is paid out daily once your approved balance is $25 or more.
- No self-referrals. Orders you place yourself, orders from anyone in your household, and orders from any account you own or control earn nothing. Your code can't be used on your own purchases.
- Refunded, charged-back or fraudulent orders earn nothing, and payouts on them may be reversed.
4. How you promote. Arctic sells research-use-only lab supplies. When you mention Arctic you must:
- say it's a paid partnership (#ad, "paid partner", or the platform's paid-partnership label);
- keep everything research use only. No dosing, no instructions for use, no statements about using products on people or animals, and no health, weight-loss, muscle, anti-aging or medical claims or results;
- not show product names on TikTok, not run paid ads using Arctic's name or products, and not spam (no unsolicited DMs or comments in bulk);
- not impersonate Arctic or say you are Arctic staff.
- Your own story stays separate. If you post about your own weight, body, diet, health or medications, keep that content completely separate from Arctic: never show, name, tag or link Arctic, your code or your link in it. Your Arctic link belongs in your bio.
- Product names. Refer to GLP-category products only by Arctic’s catalog names (for example “GLP-3 (RT)”). Never use their full compound names (for example retatrutide, tirzepatide or semaglutide) or prescription brand or manufacturer names (for example Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Eli Lilly or Novo Nordisk) anywhere you mention Arctic. Names like BPC-157 and GHK-Cu are fine.
Breaking these rules can end your account and cancel unpaid commission.
5. Free product. Free product or kits are only sent after you sign Arctic's separate Partner Agreement and Kit Agreement.
6. Taxes. You're an independent contractor, not an employee. You're responsible for your own taxes. Arctic may request a W-9 before paying more than the IRS reporting threshold.
7. Changes and ending. Arctic may change these terms or commission rates with notice in your dashboard or by email; changes apply to sales after the notice. Either side can end the partnership at any time. Validated commission earned before the end is still paid.
8. Agreement record. When you accept, Arctic stores the date, time, IP address and terms version (partner-terms-2026-10-17-v7).
