Sample identification
The record names the tested sample. Do not apply it to a different catalog item.
Published research documentation
Arctic Lab Supply publishes laboratory records you can review before ordering. A published report applies only to the sample and lot identified on that report. Match the lot. Read the issuing laboratory, method, test date, and exact reported result.
For laboratory research use only. Not for personal or veterinary use. Availability of a record varies by item and lot.

Compare the lot or batch identifier on the report with the identifier on the corresponding inventory label.
Confirm the issuing laboratory and report identifier. Published Arctic records currently include independent Janoshik test reports with verification links.
Review the analytical method, test date, and the exact value printed on the matching record. Do not extend that result to other lots.
Record the exact item name, listed quantity, and lot or batch identifier for the inventory being evaluated.
Use only a published record whose sample description and lot identifier match the item under review.
Check the issuing laboratory, report identifier, analytical method, test date, and any limitations stated on the document. Some published records note that the sample was tested twice.
Read the exact result and scope printed on the matching document. A result for one sample is not evidence about a different sample, lot, or future shipment.
