How these numbers were measured
- Source: our own order records, using the USPS acceptance and delivery scans on each tracking number.
- Service: USPS Priority Mail only. Ground Advantage from Anchorage travels by surface, so it isn’t used for regular orders and isn’t shown here.
- Period: parcels accepted July 6 to October 29, 2026. Holiday weeks run slower; we’ll refresh the table as more deliveries come in.
- Not counted: the time before USPS scans the parcel. Orders paid by midnight ET are packed and handed to USPS the same day; Sunday orders get their acceptance scan on Monday.
What we promise, in writing
- Arrives on time: Priority Mail within 4 business days and Priority Mail Express within 3, counted from USPS’s first scan, to the 50 states and DC, or we refund your shipping and add a $50 credit ($100 for Express).
- Damaged, wrong or lost: a free reship or a full refund.
Full terms are in the shipping policy. How the same-day cutoff works is on same-day shipping from Alaska.
