What happened
The Strate Labs website, stratelabs.com, shows a notice saying the company has permanently closed. The notice itself gives no date. Pepta Labs’ vendor shutdown tracker dates it to July 2026, with the notice archived on 28 July 2026, and The Peptide Catalog’s list also records it as a 2026 closure. Both are published by other companies. We know nothing beyond what those public sources say, and we make no comment on why Strate Labs closed.
If you have a question about an order you placed with Strate Labs, only Strate Labs can answer it. We have no access to its orders, accounts or records.
Arctic Lab Supply is not affiliated with Strate Labs, is not its successor, and is not endorsed by it. Be careful with any website that says it is the new home of a closed supplier, unless that supplier says so on its own site. Other 2026 closures, each with a date and a source, are on our research supplier closures tracker.
A checklist for choosing a new supplier
Run these on any supplier you are considering, including us. The longer version is in how to verify a peptide supplier.
1. Lab reports you can verify yourself
A real report names the testing laboratory, the lot number and the date, and the laboratory can confirm it. A report with no lot number cannot be matched to the vial in your hand.
Arctic Lab Supply: Lot-matched third-party reports from ILS Laboratories and Freedom Diagnostics are published for the products listed in our report library, each with a link to the laboratory’s own verification page. Each product page says whether a report is published for it.
2. Where it ships from, and how fast
Know the ship-from location, the carrier and the real cutoff before you pay.
Arctic Lab Supply: Every order is packed in Anchorage, Alaska and shipped by USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Orders paid by midnight ET ship the same day. Typical transit by state is on shipping times by state.
3. Promises in writing
If something goes wrong, what is owed to you should be on a policy page, not in a direct message.
Arctic Lab Supply: Damaged, wrong or lost parcels get a free reship or a refund. See shipping and returns.
4. A company you can reach
Email a question before your first order and see how a person replies.
Arctic Lab Supply: Arctic Lab Supply LLC is an Alaska company. Write to support@arcticlabsupply.com; company details are on is Arctic Lab Supply legit?
5. A clear research-use scope
A supplier should say plainly what its products are for and who may buy them.
Arctic Lab Supply: Everything we sell is for laboratory research use only, not for use in people or animals, and buyers must be 21 or older. See the terms.
