What happened
Chemyo closed permanently on 8 September 2026 and posted a notice on its own website. That date comes from Blank Peptides' write-up of the closure and from Pepta Labs' vendor shutdown tracker, both published by other suppliers. We know nothing beyond what those public sources report, and we make no comment on why Chemyo closed.
If you have a question about an order you placed with Chemyo, only Chemyo can answer it. We have no access to its orders, accounts or records.

The short checklist
If you bought from one supplier for a long time, you may never have had to judge a new one from its website alone. These five checks take a few minutes each, need no lab background, and can all be done before you pay. Run them on any supplier you are considering, including us.
- A third-party report for the exact lot you will receiveA certificate of analysis describes one sample from one production lot. The report should carry a lot number, and the lot printed on your vial label should match it when the parcel arrives.Fails if: one PDF is reused across products or strengths, or the report has no lot number.
- A way to verify the report with the labThe report should name the testing laboratory and carry a certificate number or link you can check on that laboratory's own website. That way the result does not rest on the seller's word.Fails if: no laboratory is named, or the laboratory's site cannot find the certificate.
- Readable before checkoutYou should be able to open the report from the product page before you pay, without creating an account or emailing to ask for it.Fails if: reports are "available on request" or arrive only after payment.
- A stated shipping origin, and trackingYou should know where the parcel ships from, and the tracking number should reach you when the label is created, not when you chase it.Fails if: there is no stated origin and tracking comes only on request.
- A named company with a support contactLook for a legal company name, a support email with stated hours, published return terms, and plain research-use-only terms on every page.Fails if: there is a contact form and nothing else, or product pages make health claims or give use instructions.

Three questions to email any new supplier
A supplier's written answers tell you as much as its website. Before a first order, it is reasonable to ask:
- Which lot will ship for this listing, and where is its report? A clear answer names a lot number that appears on a published report.
- Where does my order ship from, and when do I get tracking? A clear answer names a place and a point in the process, such as when the label is created.
- Who answers support, and when? A clear answer gives an email address and stated hours, and the reply itself shows whether they are kept.

What these checks cannot tell you
- A report describes a sample, not your parcel. The laboratory tested material from the lot, not the vial that reaches you. Matching the lot number on the label to the report is a step you do yourself.
- Documents say nothing about service. How fast an order ships and how a problem is handled are things one order will show you. A PDF will not.
- Passing is not a guarantee. It means a supplier has set up its claims so they could be caught being wrong. That is the most any page, this one included, can show you before you buy.
