What happened

The Chameleon Peptides website now says it is closed for new purchases. A closure email it sent customers on 27 September 2026, with a follow-up on 1 October, is reported in The Peptide Catalog's list of 2025-2026 vendor closures, which credits CompoundReview for the customer email. We know nothing beyond what those public sources report, and we make no comment on why it closed.

If you have a question about an order you placed with Chameleon Peptides, only Chameleon Peptides can answer it. We have no access to its orders, accounts or records.

Arctic Lab Supply is not affiliated with Chameleon Peptides, is not its successor, and is not endorsed by it. We are an independent supplier in Anchorage, Alaska. Be careful with any website that says it is the new home of Chameleon Peptides or that it has taken over its customers, unless Chameleon Peptides says so itself on its own site. Chameleon Peptides' own site says existing customers can still sign in there to view their order history and lab reports, so it is worth saving those records now. Other 2026 closures, each with a date and a source, are on our research supplier closures tracker.

Three questions to email any new supplier

A supplier's written answers tell you as much as its website. Before a first order, it is reasonable to ask:

  1. Which lot will ship for this listing, and where is its report? A clear answer names a lot number that appears on a published report.
  2. Where does my order ship from, and when do I get tracking? A clear answer names a place and a point in the process, such as when the label is created.
  3. Who answers support, and when? A clear answer gives an email address and stated hours, and the reply itself shows whether they are kept.

You can send these to us at support@arcticlabsupply.com. Dane or the team replies within 1 business hour. Support hours: 3 PM–1 AM ET, 7 days a week.
